MUTANT ISO SURGE Peanut Butter Cup Protein Pancakes


Wondering how to start your day off right? Here is an amazing recipe for some MUTANT peanut butter cup protein pancakes, courtesy of @thunderr_katt — a fellow Canadian!

• 1 scoop MUTANT ISO SURGE Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor
• 1/2 tbsp organic coconut flour
• A pinch of salt
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• Sweetener to taste (optional)
• 1/2 cup egg whites
• Water (as needed)

Mix all of the dry ingredients, then add the vanilla and egg whites. Stir, but don't overmix! If your batter is too thick, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency, but remember: thick batter = THICK PANCAKES = THICK BICEPS (just kidding).

Let the batter sit whilst you preheat your pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, or even better, coconut oil, and cook like normal pancakes! About 1 minute for the first side, then flip and cook for 30 more seconds, or until done.

Top with anything and everything. MUTANT TIP — mix some MUTANT PRO 100 Peanut Butter Choc Chip, and a little water to make a macro-friendly protein frosting (you're welcome). Devour with no shame and zero f%@ks given!
